Completely agree with you on this one ... similar to the philosophy of companies like 37signals and DHH of Ruby on Rails fame. Best example is google's front page design. Simple interfaces that provide great value are IN.

Don't let it go to your head... YES - I was referring to you being very Cerebral ...but Let's not forget who it is that is leaving the comment "...Me and my army a stupids" - Eric Von Zipperhead

Such a good point about the innate social nature of humans....this is what makes Twitter so alluring. There is so much to learn from just participating in the Twitter phenomenon...whether you go full throttle or just idle for awhile until you get it....I think the vulnerability of us all is a little bit of a slippery slope tho..... in the way that what you "tweet" can be interpreted in defferent ways since there is no affect to the typed word..... Therefore I think it is crucial that Twitter keep it's definitions very "crisp and narrow" as you suggest while keeping the rules of conduct "clear and fair"...in this case simple IS better.....good read! Thanks.....

thanks bd. y, i think all of the social networks have been feeling around
for just the right space to allow people to do what comes naturally.
